We are proud to feature an in-house Polyclinic offering a wide range of medical services and specialties. This means you benefit from quality, comprehensive, and integrated healthcare — often with shorter waiting times and, in many cases, in your own language.
All our specialists speak fluent English and Dutch, and many also speak additional languages, such as French, German, Italian, and more.

Appointments

To make an appointment, please call 070 306 5100 and select the option for the Polyclinic.
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00 and 14:00–16:00.
You can also email us at polyclinic@ihch.nl.
If you are a registered IHCH patient, kindly include your full name and date of birth in your email to help us locate your file.

For emergencies, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In the event of complications or urgent medical concerns after receiving treatment at IHCH Polyclinic, you may contact us at any time:

  • During evenings, nights, and weekends: please contact HMC Hospital at 088 979 7900

Referral Information

  • Dutch insurance holders: A referral letter from your GP/Family Doctor is required for your specialist consultation fees to be (partially) covered. Without a referral, you can still book an appointment, but reimbursement may not be possible.
  • International/Private insurance holders: You likely do not need a referral. However, check directly with your insurance provider if you are unsure.
  • Patients without insurance: You are welcome to book an appointment but will be asked to pay consultation fees directly after your visit.
