New Patients
Please register online with the dentistry department before booking an appointment and read the information regarding fees and cancellations. If you registered with another service at the IHCH and did not select to register with the dentistry department your data will not automatically be available in the dental database. For your convenience we recommend to register online for the dental services. After registration you will receive a confirmation email with information about your first appointment.

Your first appointment
The first appointment will be an intake which consists of a thorough check-up, treatment plan and X-rays. Please complete our intake form prior to your first appointment. We also have a separate intake form for our paediatric clients.
No-show / Cancellation fees
We adhere to a strict 24-hour No-show / cancellation policy. Please be aware that unless we receive at least 24hrs notice via email to dental@ihch.nl to cancel your appointment with one of our dental team, you will receive an invoice and be charged a No-show / cancellation fee. This fee is not usually reimbursed by your insurance company.
