We do our utmost to help you to your complete satisfaction, from your first visit to your last contact with us. Despite all the attention and effort, it can happen that you are not satisfied. If you feel that your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may initiate a formal complaint.
How to file a complaint
You can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by completing our complaint form below. Our complaints representative will acknowledge receipt of your complaint. The information will be reviewed internally, and a written response will be sent to you within a reasonable time frame.
You can count on us to always take your complaint seriously and to treat your data in strict confidence. Submitting your complaint gives us the opportunity to find a solution together with you. It also helps us to optimize the quality of our care and services.
