Job Vacancy: Dental Receptionist

Type: Full-time (minimum of 32 hours)
IHCH (International Health Care Centre) is looking for a dental receptionist.
Our receptionist team provide essential administrative support to our dentist and
assistant staff, ensuring the smooth operation of dental clinic on a daily basis. If you are
detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment, we
encourage you to apply.Regular clinic hours are Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00.
Key Responsibilities for dental receptionist:
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling
appointments, and managing patient records.
• Coordinate communication between patients, medical professionals, and the
finance department.
• Process billing and payments on the spot.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient files and medical documentation.
• Handle incoming correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) and direct inquiries
to the appropriate departments.
• Provide administrative support for healthcare professionals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and privacy regulations (GDPR)
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Dutch and other language is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Strong cultural respect in an international environment
• Must be able to work independently and quickly within a fast-paced team
• Ability to embrace a flexible working schedule and provide cover when needed
• Maintain a high standard of patient friendly focused care
• Consistent and professional appearance along with a caring attitude
