SPECIAL REQUEST SERVICES

All special requests must be submitted in writing via email to ensure accurate information, proper documentation, and appropriate follow-up.

2. Laboratory and Diagnostic Fees

For laboratory tests and standard diagnostic services (e.g., X-ray, ECG, audiometry, and spirometry), an administration fee of €37.70 will apply.

3. Selection of Special Requests

• Patients should select services only from the list available on our website.
• These matters will not be handled at the reception desk.

Important:
Advanced diagnostic examinations, such as MRI scans, CT scans, gastroscopy, and endoscopy, can only be requested following an appropriate medical consultation as part of a proper health assessment.

4. Result Timelines

• Standard laboratory tests: 2-3 working days
• Cytology, culture, and swab tests: Minimum of 10 working days

5. Official Results Format

As official medical documents, they cannot be altered, reformatted, or customized. Results will not be stamped or signed for apostille purposes or any other purpose unless a custom report or medical interpretation has been requested.

6. Custom Reports or Interpretations

• We do not provide personalized reports for external purposes (e.g., school, visa, or employment applications) unless arranged in advance.
• Custom reports must be requested in advance via email.
• Additional fee: €100.35 (subject to approval).

7. Medical Interpretation

As this is a special-request service, we will provide the test results only. No medical interpretation or consultation regarding the results will be provided by our doctors.

You may discuss your results with your own GP or specialist for further interpretation and advice.

8. Billing Procedure

• Payment must be completed in advance once the requested services and pricing have been confirmed.
• In the event of cancellation:
  • The administration fee is non-refundable.
  • Only the cost of the requested tests will be refunded.

• If a selected package includes a doctor’s call, a specific appointment time will be arranged.
