ECZEMA CLINIC

The International Health Center has developed a functional eczema clinic run by a team of specialized doctors and nurses. The team ranges from dermatologists, paediatricians, our allergy specialist, and a specialist nurse.

Eczema is a common skin condition that can have a significant negative impact on quality of life. The clinic aims to provide the most up-to-date and comprehensive eczema treatment provided by experienced specialists on this topic. All our doctors and nurses running the eczema clinic are highly qualified and stay up to date by attending regular congresses, seminars and courses in the developing field of eczema care. Our priority is to provide you with high quality, effective care, while also avoiding long waiting times. Our treatments always take into consideration the overall impact the eczema may be having on your life, so we can take a more holistic approach to your treatment plan.

We also work closely with other hospitals in the Hague when further advice or consultation is deemed necessary, as well as to refer on more complex cases.

For your first appointment at the eczema clinic you can expect to be seen by a specialist (either a dermatologist or paediatician), who will then discuss with you whether a follow-up appointment with the eczema nurse, or other specialist is necessary.
