We want you to be happy with your dental experience and to make sure that we offer you the best care and concern for your oral health. Any comments, concerns or questions can be sent to and addressed to the manager if necessary. As a KNMT member we are automatically affiliated with the KNMT Complaints Service and therefore also with the Oral Care Disputes Authority.

Our dentists are registered with a professional body such as the KNMT or ANT. If there is an issue that cannot be resolved after speaking with the dentist and following up with the dentistry manager, you are invited to contact any of the professional bodies to ask for advice, to make a complaint or be a mediator. We can assist you with the details.
