OUR CANCELLATIONS POLICY

• 24 hours’ notice is required for GP and dental appointments
• 48 hours’ notice is required for Specialist/Polyclinic appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with one of our medical professionals, we kindly ask that you notify us by email within the required notice period.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in an invoice for a no-show or late cancellation fee.

Please note that arriving late to your scheduled appointment may result in the practitioner being unable to see you. In such cases, a no-show fee will still apply.

Fees for Missed Appointments

GP consultations
A flat no-show / late cancellation fee of €25 applies.

Specialist/Polyclinic consultations
A flat no-show / late cancellation fee of €50 applies.

Dental appointments

• First missed appointment:
  • Under one hour: €45
  • One hour or more: €65
• Second or subsequent missed appointment: €75

Please be aware that no-show / late cancellation fees are generally not reimbursed by insurance companies and will be billed directly to you.
