Dr David van Duijvenboden

A local resident of Scheveningen, Dr David van Duijvenboden has spent most of his life working in or around The Hague.
After graduating with his initial medical degree in 2001, Dr van Duijvenboden first worked as a researcher in radiology at Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum (LUMC) – The Leiden University Medical Centre and then as a company doctor in occupational medicine. In 2011, he finalised his GP training and has been working at the IHCH ever since.
Dr van Duijvenboden is a certified scuba diving instructor and a medical examiner of divers. He provides diving related screening and checks together with advice about fitness related to diving. He also has expertise in both general and elderly care treatment; cardiovascular risk management; diabetes; asthma/COPD and minor surgery.
