Give the gift of wellness to your loved ones. Our “Gift of Health” program allows individuals to sponsor a personal health check for someone they care about — a thoughtful and meaningful way to show love and concern.

How It Works

1. Contact Us
Interested gifters can initiate the process by sending us an email.
Please include the following details:

• Full name of the gifter
• Name and email of the giftee
• Preferred package (Basic or with Add-ons)
• Personalized message (optional)

2. Voucher & Service Link
Once we receive your request, we will provide:

• A customizable voucher image
• A link to the Personal Health Check service

3. Package Options
The standard package includes:

• Basic medical consultation
• General laboratory panel

Sending the Voucher

Once the package is confirmed and the voucher image/message is finalized:

• An email will be sent to the giftee with the voucher and your personalized message.
• Alternatively, gifters may submit their own message to be included.

Cost and Payment

• Payment must be completed prior to sending the health check gift.
• Gifters are advised to send proof of payment before the voucher is issued.
• If the giftee requests additional services beyond the original package: these will be paid separately by the giftee, unless the gifter chooses to shoulder the cost.
