SPECIAL REQUEST SERVICES

To ensure clarity and consistency, please review the following guidelines regarding special requests for laboratory and diagnostic services.

1. Submission of Special Requests

All special requests must be submitted in writing via email to ensure accurate information, proper documentation, and appropriate follow-up.

2. Laboratory and Diagnostic Fees

For laboratory tests and standard diagnostic services (e.g., X-ray, ECG, audiometry, spirometry), an administration fee of €37.70 will apply.

3. Selection of Special Request 

• Patients should select only from the list of services available on our website.
• Requests requiring medical discussion must be scheduled as a doctor’s consultation (€68,25).
• These matters will not be handled at the reception desk.

Important:
Advanced diagnostic examinations—such as MRI, CT scans, gastroscopy, and endoscopy—can only be requested following an appropriate medical consultation as part of a proper health assessment.

4. Result Timelines

• Standard laboratory tests: 2–3 working days
• Cytology, culture, and swab tests: Minimum of 10 working days

5. Official Results Format

All results are issued in their original format by the laboratory or diagnostic center.
These are official medical documents and cannot be altered, reformatted, or customized.

6. Custom Reports or Interpretations

• We do not provide personalized reports for external purposes (e.g., school, visa, employment) unless pre-arranged.
• Custom reports must be requested in advance via email.
• Additional fee: €100.35 (subject to approval).

7. Medical Interpretation

Medical interpretation of results is only provided during a booked consultation to ensure proper evaluation and attention to your case.

8. Billing Procedure

• Payment must be completed in advance once services and pricing are confirmed.
• In case of cancellation:
  • The administration fee is non-refundable
  • Only the cost of requested tests will be refunded
