Cardiovascular Risk Management (CVRM) Program
The IHCH Cardiovascular Risk Management (CVRM) Program focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of risk factors associated with cardiovascular diseases. Our program aims to control and reduce factors that increase the risk of heart and vascular diseases, including:

Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

High Cholesterol Levels

Overweight and Obesity

Smoking
Consultations
-
First Appointment: 45 minutes

Follow-up Appointments: At least once per year or more frequently, as needed
Referral Letter
For Dutch insurance holders, a referral letter from your GP is required to participate in the CVRM Program. Without this referral, it is unlikely that your insurance company will reimburse the appointment fees.
