SPECIAL REQUEST SERVICES

To ensure clarity and consistency, please review the following guidelines regarding special requests for laboratory and diagnostic services: 

1. Submission of Special Requests

• All special requests must be submitted in writing via email to ensure accurate information, proper documentation, and appropriate follow-up.
• For laboratory tests and diagnostics (e.g., X-ray, ECG, Audiometry, Spirometry), an administration fee of €37.70 will apply.

2. Special Request Services

• Patients should select only from the list of services/items posted on our website.
• For complex requests requiring discussion with a doctor, a proper consultation must be booked at a cost of €68.25. These matters will not be discussed at the reception desk.

3. Result Timelines

• Standard laboratory tests: Results are typically available within 2–3 working days.
• Cytology, culture, and swab tests: These may take a minimum of 10 working days.

4. Official Results Format

• All results will be provided in their original format as issued by the laboratory or diagnostic center.
• These are official medical documents and will not be altered, reformatted, or customized.

5. Custom Reports or Interpretations

• We do not provide personalized reports or summaries for external purposes (e.g., school, visa, employment) unless otherwise arranged.
• If a custom report is required, please indicate this clearly in your email request. Such requests are subject to review, and an additional fee of €100.35 will apply.

6. Medical Interpretation

• The doctor will not provide result interpretation unless a separate medical consultation is booked. This ensures adequate time and attention to your case.

7. Billing Procedure

• After agreeing to all guidelines and price quotations, payment must be settled before we proceed with preparing the request form.
• For cancellations, the administration fee will apply; only the cost of the requested items will be refunded.
