We adhere to a strict 24-hour No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with one of our medical professionals, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance by email.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in an invoice for a No-Show / Late Cancellation Fee.
Please also note that late arrival to your scheduled appointment may result in the practitioner being unable to see you, in which case a no-show fee will still apply.
