Did we fail to meet your expectations?

If we fail to meet your expectations, we invite you to share your concerns regarding treatment, patient safety and quality of care at the International Health Centre the Hague. You may voice concerns by:

  • Speaking to any IHCH employee
  • Speaking to your care provider or doctor
  • Speaking to the Management Team of the clinic
  • Completing the concerns & complaints form below

We encourage you to resolve complaints immediately at the time of service. If you feel that any of your concerns/complaints have not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may initiate a formal complaint and notify us by email to ihchinfo@ezorg.nl or by completing our concerns & complaints form below.

You will be contacted by our complaints representative to acknowledge receipt of your complaint. The information will be reviewed internally, and a written response will be sent to you within a reasonable time frame.
