Hi. My name is Ines, Belgian with Spanish-Algerian roots. I am a clinical psychologist, speak 4 languages and have a passion for neuroscience. I have studied in Brussels and obtained two masters. A Master of Science in Clinical Psychology (2009) and a Master in Organizational Psychology (2012). I’ve been living in the Netherlands since 2018 and started my career as POH-GGZ at the Expat Medical Center in Amsterdam for two years. Next to my occupation in healthcare, I run an online coaching business and give regular trainings and workshops for companies. My expertise lies in prevention, resilience training, stress management and identity/transition.
I am specialized in Burn-out, Anxiety and Depression and guide people on their journey of transformation.
I strongly believe that we are not what happened to us, but we are who we choose to become (inspired by Carl Jung). Something I have learned the hard way.
I am what they call a “corporate Drop-out”. Although I am a trained psychologist, I have spent the first 10 years of my career in corporate working for several multinationals in different countries around the globe. Until the necessary evil happened and I left that life because I came down with a massive burn-out. This event has taught me so much and most of all it has helped me in finding my way back to who I truly am. Given my background in clinical psychology, my personal journey and my knowledge of working in corporate and having been an expat myself, I have dedicated my time in helping people moving forward from feeling stuck to feeling fulfilled.
My approach is practical, relatable and has a deep root in neuroscience where I will help you understand how your brain works, how emotions work and what they are and what you can do to lift your energy and clarity so you can move forward and thrive.
