Jacobo C. Remuñán, or Jaco (Haco) as he likes to be called, grew up in a farm in the north of Spain. His mother is a doctor and his father a photographer/craftsman by trade. In dentistry he found the perfect combination of these two concepts being able to help people with his own hands. “I see my work as a puzzle, where you have to think how to solve it even before you open the box. You have to give a lot of attention to the details without losing the whole picture”.
Jaco graduated from the University of Zaragoza in 2016 and spent that summer in the rural areas of the north of Perú, providing dental treatments to the more isolated people. In 2017 he arrived in the Netherlands and two years later he finished his master degree in Surgery and Implantology in the University of Málaga.
With a high affinity for the latest technology, Jaco would like to help you with the transition to digital dentistry.
“The human body is amazing and in combination with the technology, the new materials, 3d printers etc, we are able to achieve so much more in dentistry today which would have been unimaginable 15 years ago”
Along with the rest of the team, Jaco embraces communication as an essential part of any treatment: “If you want to know anything, I’m here for you”, with his sense of humor being an essential part of the patient relationship.
Jaco speaks Spanish, Dutch, English and Portuguese and is a registered member of the KNMT
